My own training mainly revolves around strength and hypertrophy training/body building. I LOVE slamming bars & CRUSHING PR's. Getting SICK JUICY PUMPS when you're down in the dumps. Ya feel me dawg.

My Story

So I first got into lifting in my high school weight room when I was 14. I just did it to get stronger & more conditioned for the upcoming wrestling season. After freshmen year I stopped wrestling but still did weight training every now & then. I didn't really know what I was doing until I was around 16 or 17. I've been training consistently and making progress ever since. I like the constant pursuit of improvement that training provides. It/s done wonders for me not just physically but also mentally. I find that when you lift something heavy, it makes the weight of the world feel a lot lighter.

Why I decided to become a trainer

I decided to become a trainer because it's my passion. I've tried other endeavors but wasn't satisfied. I was meant for this. Training makes me happy and I want to help others achieve happier, healthier lives.
