My Story

I'm a NASM certified personal trainer. I did track & field and cross country throughout high school. I started lifting weights to become a stronger runner and eventually began to enjoy bodybuilding training a lot more. I got hooked and found my passion.

Why I decided to become a trainer

I became a trainer to inspire beginner gym goers to train as effectively as possible without making the same mistakes I've made. To help the intermediate gym goers to train as intensely as possible.
